Shipping limits: We ship anywhere in the continental United States,Canada,some countries in Europe and Australia. The shipping charges are calculated based on weight of the product and  some products have special shipping price.  Please note in heavy weight or over sized item by ground there may be additional shipping charges due to weight or size of the shipment. In such case mail will be sent to the customer for confirmation.

On your first order : Our Company will only ship to the cardholder's billing address. We always require the actual cardholders billing address to process your credit card transaction. (The "billing address" is the address on record with your bank. It is where the bank mails your monthly statement) If the shipping address does not match the cardholder's billing address your order will not be shipped. (you may want to permit alternate shipping addresses once a 90 day window has expired, or after you have physically verified the shipping address as being a valid alternate address, ie: person's work address.) If the cardholders billing address does not match the banks records, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Return policy: Please make sure write your address as it is appear on your credit card bill.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return.You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
